Happy Monday. I hope you enjoyed my post from earlier today on my story. This morning I woke up and had celery juice and liquid gold. You can see my post on the benefits of drinking celery juice here.
This morning’s dance was to Bruce’s Glory Days. This is such a great song and I could not think of a better song to get me excited to workout. This is the start of week 3 of my workout program and can’t say it enough, I am loving this workout program. 20 minutes a goes so fast and I have already seen incredible results. I can’t wait to see what the next four weeks bring.
This afternoon I did my food prep for the week. My meals will be as follows this week.
- M1: Smoothie
- M3: Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Tray Bake + Turkey / Spinach meatballs
- M4: Superfood Shake
- M5: Play it by ear
Mike and I went to dinner tonight with his sister and her family, we ordered pizza, YUM!. I love the outfit I wore, comfortable but still plenty of room to eat all that pizza.
